Spacious living room overlooking the adjoining terrace and swimming pool. There is an open lounge and dining area fitted for six persons. Through the sliding doors, you can go to the covered al fresco terrace with a swimming pool view plus magnificent views over the surroundings and mountains.

On the other side, you enter the adjacent tiled garden with a fixed BBQ area. There is also a garden door that gives direct access to the street with greenery and access to the bus stop a few meters away with busses every half hour to take you into the heart of Nerja. The sliding doors are secured with extra railings with locks. TV, reliable Wi-Fi, and air conditioning /heating and shutter are available in the house.

The separate, spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, 4-burner electric hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker for filter coffee, Nespresso coffee maker toaster and kettle and other kitchen appliances.

On the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds, a built-in wardrobe with a mounted hotel safe and a separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. You go via a fixed stone staircase from the ground floor to the basement, where the washing machine and dryer are located, complete with an ironing board, iron and laundry rack. In addition, there is also a separate toilet here. You will also find a small pool billiard table for even more things to do.

On the 1st floor, there are two bedrooms. A large bedroom with a double bed and bathroom en-suite. And a smaller bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

The bedroom en-suite has access to a large roof terrace with two sun beds and a smaller balcony.

OTHER Parking is available on the front of the property or in the street. Distance to bus stop a few meters from the Garden door. Playazo Beach is approximately 100 meters. Distance to the centre of Nerja is about 2 km, and to Torrox Costa, approx. 7 km.
