If you have a holiday home in the Torrox region, we can help manage it.
If you rent it out, we can look after the entire process, including key holder duties, a meet and greet service for your guests and a cleaning and laundry service.
If you don't rent it out, we can look after it when you are in your home country.
Property Management
If you do not rent out your second home and stay in your own country for most of the year, it is nice that your property is also taken care of in your absence.
In consultation, we perform the following periodic checks:
- Check for signs of burglary; checking all hinges and locks
- Checking your home after a storm and heavy rainfall
- Ventilate the house to prevent damp spots and mould; flush all faucets and toilets. (Old water can start to smell in your home and helps prevent the Legionella pneumophila bacteria.)
- Collect your mail, and if desired, it can be forwarded. (shipping costs will be charged)
- If defects are found, a suitable solution will be sought in consultation with you.
Rental Management
If you have rented out your home, but you cannot be on-site to receive your guests yourself, or you want to outsource the entire rental of your home, we can take care of, among other things, the following for you:
- Managing your reservations.
- Reception and welcoming of guests, key handover.
- Tour of the house and, where necessary, explanation of appliances etc. (airconditioning, TV, etc.)
- Information and practical tips on the area
- Upon departure, check the house and receipt of the key.
- Final cleaning of the house and preparation for your next guests.
- Laundry service and bed linen change
Key Holding
If you are not always present in your home in Spain, having someone to manage extra/or spare keys is a nice and safe feeling. These are kept secure and can be loaned out at your request to, for example, a handyman, tenants, guests, etc. And in case you forget the keys, there is always a backup.
